1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By confirming a booking with Paros Voyages, the client acknowledges and agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern yacht availability, reservations, payments, itineraries, pricing, cancellations, and the responsibilities of both parties.

2. Yacht Availability

Yacht availability is dynamic and subject to change without prior notice.
A booking is only considered confirmed upon final written reconfirmation from Paros Voyages after receipt of the required deposit.
Our team is at your full disposal to assist with availability checks, special requests, and to provide personalized support throughout the booking process.

3. Reservation Policy

To secure a reservation, the following payment terms apply:

• Advance Payment: 50% of the total cost is due upon reservation.

• Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to embarkation.

A reservation is only valid after Paros Voyages confirms that both the deposit and final payment have been successfully received by the specified deadlines.

⚠️ Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, without refund of the deposit already paid. The client will have no right to compensation or reinstatement of the original reservation.

Reconfirmation of yacht availability after cancellation due to non-payment will be subject to current availability and pricing.

4. Cardholder Authorization & Payment Responsibility

The person making the booking and/or payment confirms that they are either:

• The rightful cardholder, or

• Have explicit, verifiable authorization from the cardholder to use their card for this reservation.

If the cardholder is not the person communicating via email, Paros Voyages reserves the right to:

• Request at any point a signed authorization form

• Request at any point a copy of the cardholder’s ID

Failure to provide this documentation may result in cancellation without refund.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Paros Voyages will provide all supporting documentation (emails, invoices, authorization, ID) to the payment provider.
The person initiating the booking is considered jointly responsible for the payment and liable for any fraudulent use or chargebacks.

5. Required Information

To finalize and process a booking, the following details must be submitted:

• Billing Information: Full name, billing address, and VAT number (if applicable)

• Passenger Information: Full names, nationalities, birth dates, and passport numbers of all passengers, as required by port authorities

• Medical and Dietary Information: Any known allergies, medical conditions, or dietary needs

Failure to provide accurate and complete information may delay or invalidate the reservation.

6. Embarkation Details

• Embarkation port, time, and passenger count are fixed at the time of booking. Changes are subject to approval and may result in additional charges.

• All pending balances must be cleared prior to embarkation.

• Valid identification (ID or passport) must be presented by each guest at boarding (physical or digital copy accepted).

7. Itinerary

All itineraries are subject to weather, wind, and sea conditions for the safety and comfort of guests.

• Motor Yacht Cruises: Predefined itineraries are confirmed at booking. The Captain reserves the right to modify the route at their sole discretion. 

• Catamaran Sailing Cruises: The route is determined on the day of the cruise based on real-time weather and safety conditions.
  If the planned itinerary is not feasible due to weather, an alternative route will be offered. 

8. Pricing Policy

All prices are based on:

• Yacht type and size

• Selected itinerary

• Current fuel rates

Additional Terms:

• In case of fuel price increases or client-requested itinerary extensions, fuel surcharges may apply.

• Any price adjustments must be settled prior to embarkation.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client:

Cancellation Due to Non-Payment:

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in automatic cancellation without refund of the advance payment.

Cancellation by Owner / Force Majeure:

• No cancellation fee applies.

• Alternative yachts may be offered; price differences will be refunded or credited.

• If no suitable alternative is accepted, a full refund will be issued.

• Upon refund, no further claims or liabilities shall exist.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

• If port authorities prohibit cruising, the trip will be rescheduled within 3–4 days, depending on availability.

• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

• If the client cancels based on personal weather concerns but the port authorizes departure, no refund will be issued.

10. Liability & Insurance

Paros Voyages cooperates exclusively with licensed vessels and professionals.
We carry Professional Civil Liability Insurance underwritten by AIG Europe S.A. (Policy No. P2311010871), which provides coverage of up to €100,000 for tourism-related activities, including financial loss and repatriation due to bankruptcy.

However, Paros Voyages is not responsible for:

• Delays or cancellations due to force majeure (e.g. weather, strikes, port closures)

• Loss of personal belongings onboard

• Injuries caused by a guest’s own negligence, intoxication, or disregard for safety instructions

• Accidents during swimming, snorkeling, or other voluntary activities outside the vessel

• Crew behavior or operational actions during the cruise (see §13)

11. Passenger Responsibility & Safety Disclaimer

All passengers are expected to act responsibly and comply with safety instructions at all times.
Paros Voyages bears no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or medical incidents that result from:

• Passenger carelessness or unsafe behavior

• Intoxication or inappropriate conduct

• Non-disclosure of health conditions or allergies

By confirming the booking, all passengers waive the right to claim compensation for incidents that arise from their own actions or failure to follow crew instructions.

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
In the event of any legal dispute, the courts of Corinth (Korinthos) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Intermediary Role & Operational Responsibility

Paros Voyages operates solely as an electronic tourist office and acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party yacht owners/operators.
All vessels are provided with licensed captains and crew by their respective owners or operators.

As such, Paros Voyages is not liable for navigation, technical issues, crew conduct, or onboard safety decisions.
Any complaints, claims, or liability matters related to the yacht or personnel should be addressed directly to the vessel owner/operator.

14. Acknowledgment of Terms & Refund Conditions

By completing a booking through our website, email, or third-party platform, the client confirms that they:

• Have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

• Accept the cancellation and refund policy in full

• Understand that non-use of the service, personal change of mind, or disagreement with the policy does not entitle them to a refund

Any disputes or chargebacks filed under such conditions will be challenged with full supporting documentation.
